1. Introduction

2. Appointments and Cancellations

2.1 Appointment Booking: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in-person at any Smilepod location. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment by email.

2.2 Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2.3 Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment without notice, we reserve the right to charge for the missed session. Multiple missed appointments may result in your ability to book future appointments being restricted.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Pricing: All treatment fees will be explained prior to treatment. Treatment costs are displayed on our website and within our clinics, but final prices may vary based on individual treatment plans.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in full upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

3.3 Late Payments: Failure to pay for services in a timely manner may result in additional charges and interest. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover unpaid fees.

4. Dental Treatment

4.1 Treatment Plans: All treatment plans are provided based on the initial consultation. Any changes in treatment requirements or unforeseen complications may affect the cost or duration of treatment.

4.2 Consent: By agreeing to a treatment plan, you give your consent to receive the treatments outlined. Any significant changes to your treatment plan will be discussed with you prior to proceeding.

4.3 Emergency Treatment: Emergency dental appointments are available for immediate relief of pain or urgent dental issues. Availability may vary, and we recommend calling in advance.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, store, and use your information.

5.2 Medical Records: Your dental records will be securely maintained. These records may be shared with other healthcare professionals or specialists as part of your treatment, but only with your consent.

I had been dealing with gum recession on my lower front teeth for quite some time, mainly due to naturally thin gum tissue, a tight frenum, and the presence of a fixed retainer. After a previous graft attempt years ago that wasn’t successful, I was understandably nervous about trying the procedure again.However, my experience with Dr. Hygino completely changed my perspective. He recommended and performed an epithelialized gingival graft, carefully explaining how this approach would provide additional support and protection to the affected area. From the very beginning, I felt I was in capable and knowledgeable hands.The surgery itself went smoothly, and I’m happy to say the results have been a great success!! The improvement is noticeable, and I feel much more confident about my gum health now.What truly stood out to me was the level of care and support during recovery. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Dr. Hygino was always quick to respond—even via WhatsApp—which made a huge difference in easing my worries.I highly recommend Dr. Hygino to anyone considering graft surgery.
