Biography

Lorena is qualified in Anthropology and History but her passion always was health and care. She obtained her first diploma in dental and then in radiology, specialising herself in dental imaging and working in hospital and private practices. Lorena moved to London where she focused her career in dentistry. She is always trying to improve her patients oral health and always goes the extra mile.

Lorena likes to keep up to date with research so she can provide the best treatment for her patients. She makes her patients feel comfortable, helping them with phobias or fears related to past dental treatments. She works with them to help address any problems related with their oral hygiene routine.

In her spare time, Lorena loves spending time socialising, petting her lovely cat and everything related to creativity.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Stephen Nkansah and his wonderful assistant at Smilepod Soho.Over the course of my treatment, Dr Stephen has not only significantly improved the health of my teeth but also the appearance of my smile. From my first appointment, Dr Stephen took the time to carefully explain my treatment plan, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. He is an incredibly skilled professional and very patient. During my Invisalign treatment, I had a special request to remove my attachments for an upcoming event. Dr Stephen was incredibly understanding and supportive. Not only did they accommodate my request, but they also made sure to replace the attachments afterward without any hesitation. I gladly recommend Dr Stephen and the Soho Smilepod team to colleagues and friends.

Always wonderful experience with SmilePod and Dr. Erica Zelesco. Receptionist are friendly, welcoming and always helpful if things change.
