Lica has been part of Smilepod since 2020. Her journey in the field of dentistry began more than 15 years ago, and she has since then worked in various roles, from dental nurse to management. Her passion for dentistry and dedication to her career have led her to gain extensive experience and knowledge within both Dentistry and Cosmetics.
Lica is incredibly passionate about customer service. As Practice Manager she is utilizing her warm and friendly approach, she endeavors to make all patients feel welcome and at home within Smilepod as soon as they arrive.
At Smilepod, Lica focuses on the day-to-day operation of the clinic and ensuring that the very highest standards of patient care are maintained. She is always available to address any concerns or issues.
