Biography

Jennifer qualified from the Eastman Dental Hospital as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist after beginning her dental career as a Dental Nurse and realising her love for promoting oral health. She finds it very rewarding seeing clients oral hygiene improve and is always looking for new ways to motivate her patients. Jenny has a very friendly and calming demeanor and strives to put nervous patients at ease in the dental environment, an area she is very aware of due to her training in Psychology, learning about phobias and anxiety. She is very prevention-orientated and believes empowering clients with the skills to maintain their oral health at home is key to a healthy mouth and smile.

Other interests:

Outside of work, Jennifer is a lover of the outdoors. Originally from Northumberland, she loves walking in the hills, and recently completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and is always on the lookout for a new challenge. In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit at the gym or out running. She also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.
