Dr Zahra Fernandes

Biography

After qualifying from the State University of São Paulo (UNESP) in 2010, Dr Zahra started intensive training at the largest Hospital of Latin America (HCFMUSP). Along with gaining experience in surgical procedures – such as complicated wisdom teeth removal – she also obtained her Brazilian specialist degree in Special Care Dentistry focusing on patients with special needs. Her multitasking background allows her to provide a great variety of dental treatments, including Invisalign, restorations, ceramic veneers, aesthetic crowns and surgical extractions. 

After finishing her hospital training in 2013, her passion for Endodontics motivated her to pursue advanced courses in new technologies in root canals. Since then, she has been working with Endodontics and continuously updating her knowledge and skills in the area. 

Passionate about saving teeth and treating patients with the utmost level of care, Dr Zahra embarked on a master’s degree in Endodontics at University of Chester in 2021. 

She uses the latest technology and microscope magnification to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients. Dr Zahra is also a member of the British Endodontic Society and accepts referrals from other dentists for consultations, root canal treatments and retreatments.
