I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. I am having a cheery and chatty personality, incredibly organised friendly and polite. I got great leadership and communication skills, involving organising, planning. I have high energy levels and can work flexible hours.
Through my career I developed a real passion for delivering great customer service, and I would like to broaden my experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment. I am open to new challenges in my carrier.
In 2006 have been working for Furla as a store manager . In 2011 Virgin Atlantic as a customer service receptionist at the head office. In 2012 I joined the Beauty agency and was working for luxury houses as Chanel at Gatwick and Heathrow airport as a beauty consultant.
Interests : music ,sport , dancing ( I am a keen dancer and regularly attend salsa classes), travelling ( I love to travel, to see new places , to discover different culture , traditions, to find something new , always meet different people ).
