Deposit Policy
Smilepod will request a deposit for all treatments. If you need
to change or cancel your appointment within two working days of
your appointment your full deposit will be refunded. If the
cancellation is less than two working days or you do not attend the
appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
When booking online a payment is not taken. Full payment will be
taken after your treatment. If you fail to attend the full
treatment price will be taken from your credit card. You can cancel
or change appointments online.
