Mike Hutter BSc FCIPD - Managing Director

Mike is an energetic and insightful leader. He has established a formidable track record as the instigator of positive change in blue chip environments. His special skill is in seizing entrepreneurial opportunities and adding commercial value while at the helm of major high street franchise operations. 

He has extensive experience as a Managing Director - notably at British School of Motoring Ltd (BSM) and at Kall Kwik UK Ltd, where he won the acclaim of the British Franchise Association and was awarded ‘Franchisor of the Year’ in 2005.

In these roles he was responsible for overseeing the growth of businesses which operate, respectively, 100 and 160 high street locations nationwide.

For 15 years Mike held a number of senior UK and international positions at Mars Inc. He is a graduate in social and pure science and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

As someone who attaches great importance to physical health – he can found at the gym three or four times a week - he feels a personal affinity with the Smile Pod proposition. ‘It’s especially rewarding to be involved with promoting good oral health, right here at the heart of the community.’
